Electric Points: All electric hook ups are 16 amps. As electricity costs have risen dramatically, please try to avoid unnecessary usage and trip-outs. Please do not use high wattage electric awning heaters and turn off when the awning is not being used and when caravan is unoccupied.
Service Point: The service point has individual points which are all signed for fresh drinking water and chemical toilet disposal plus waste bins for recycling general rubbish. Please keep this area clean and tidy for your fellow campers. Please ensure all taps are turned off after use as we are on a water meter. We also prefer and encourage you to dispose of your grey wastewater by pouring it into the hedge bottom behind your caravan pitch. The service point has sensor-controlled lighting at night.
Campers Toilet & Shower Room: Located at front of Self-Catering Cottages building, door screened by wooden fence. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and ensure all taps are turned off. The lights and extractor fan operate automatically controlled by a sensor. The isolation switch for the electric shower is on the wall to the left and outside the cubicle door. A Red light on the outer wall indicates when this facility is in use.
Leaflets/Brochures: We have provided a selection of leaflets and brochures detailing places to visit and local walks that we believe you may find interesting. They are available in the Rear Reception area which is accessed via the courtyard at the rear of the cottages. An Information Folder is also available to CL site guests in the Rear Reception, it details shops, places to eat, visitor attractions, local bus service, and other information that may be of use.
OS Map of Area: Please view the Ordnance Survey Map located on the wall in the Rear Reception. It covers the area surrounding Greetham Retreat as far as the coast in one direction and the City of Lincoln in the other. We are sure you will find this useful when planning any days out.
Laundry Room: The laundry contains an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, which are available for use at a small additional charge (see notice on wall). Please use the detergent and fabric conditioner supplied.
Courtyard Area: The tables and chairs located within the courtyard are exclusively available to our guests staying in the self-catering cottages only. Please be considerate to our self-catering guests when passing through the courtyard area or using the laundry.
