– That the Service will be compatible with your equipment or any software which you use.
The Greetham Retreat Wi-Fi Service covers the self catering accommodation and most of the grounds including the touring caravan CL site.
The wireless signal is distributed via three high-gain directional antennas on and within the main holiday accommodation building and on the CL site service point.
The internet connection service is provided by a dedicated 4G high gain aerial and the speed is usually in the region of 15 mbps both uplaod and download.
You will need to have your own wireless-equipped PC (or mobile phone or ‘Palm’ PC)
As providers of the Greetham Retreat Wi-Fi Service we retain the right to limit access to some websites to prevent downloading of videos and other high capacity usages that may seriously limit or slow down the network access for other users.
Users of the Wi-Fi Service must be guests staying at Greetham Retreat and they: –
(a) do so at their own risk, using their own wireless-equipped computing equipment;
(b) will not hold Greetham Retreat Holidays, the owners or staff responsible for any loss or damage, however sustained;
(c) will not use the Wi-Fi Service for any unlawful purpose or use the service in any way which may violate or infringe the rights of any individual, firm or company or may be construed as defamatory, offensive, abusive, obscene or which may cause unnecessary anxiety or inconvenience to others;
(d) must have properly installed, up to date and functioning Firewall and Anti-Virus software;
(e) will not disclose the security code and/or password to anyone outside the family or party staying at Greetham Retreat.
(f) will not stream videos or TV programs or use other high capacity connections, as this will seriously slow down the Wi-Fi Service for other users.
(g) will not misuse the Wi-Fi Service as this may result in the withdrawal of the service and network access. It may also result in action being taken by the police.
What you need to do if you want to use the service during your stay
By using the Greetham Wi-Fi service you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions and other information provided for using the service, if you do not accept this you must not use the service.
The service can be accessed only with the appropriate security code (WEP key) or PASSWORD which is 5544332211. The terms and conditions require you, and all members of your party do not to disclose the password security information to anyone else.
Your PC, tablet or phone should automatically detect a wireless signal named either ‘Greetham Wi-Fi’ just click ‘Connect’.
You will then be prompted to enter the security code or Password. Just enter 5544332211 then click ‘Connect’.
After a successful connection, you should be able to open your mailbox and/or Internet browser. Your device should hold the wireless connection settings for the period of your stay.
